Poor Home Loan Service
I assumed that since PNC was a larger bank that their customer service would be better for obtaining my mortgage. This is not the case. They don't return phone calls, stall the process and do not have positive attitudes in my opinion. With any future purchases I will absolutely not ever use them again.
