Dreadful Service
We have currently been unable to access our lockbox for 8 days because the bank cannot open their part. The Manager is not addressing the problem, nor does she return our phone calls. I fail to understand how it can take 8 days to find a locksmith to correct the problem. As of today we are still unable to get to the legal documents stored in the lockbox, nor are we able to get an answer as to how much longer we are supposed to wait. We are taking legal action.
