Judgmental and inconsiderate staff
I was treated like a criminal and denied care simply because I forgot my ID at home. I can understand not allowing me care because I forgot my ID but to be talked to like I am trying to ride the system is unacceptable and rude. Apparently the receptionist and nurse practitioner have never forgotten any of their identification (or keys or cell phone) in their entire lives. Thanks for judging me instead of providing me care that is within my right to receive. Not only will I never forget my ID at home again, I will NEVER return to this location ever again.
