Today at lunch I picked out and purchased balloons for my nephews bday party and let them know I would be in a bit of a hurry to pick them up after work. They said no problem, but when I went to pick them up they weren't there, the employee said there had been a shift change, they were given to someone else and they had no more balloons that color. The employee didn't even apologize, grabbed some baby blue balloons that I knew my nephew wouldn't like and proceeded to blow them up. While at the counter ringing up some candles I had grabbed while waiting, I asked if I would be given a discount and was rudely told "no" while she threw my credit card back to me!!! When I asked her for her name, she yelled Lanaya , which I have no idea if it really is, but oh my was she ever rude!!
