cleanliness is important on food preparation
I was so disappointed to see that the workers doesn't practice cleanliness while preparing the pizza dough. They answer the phone, hold on the till and money at the same time without washing their hands before going back to what they are doing. I hope that the FDA will look into this. I also seen one person preparing the dough, touch his nose and put back back his hands on the dough without even washing. They don't even use gloves.
