I was calling about my warranty on a shredder that I bought approximately a year ago that is not functioning properly. Clint was very helpful. He directed me to the Receipt Lookup Dept and he breifly discussed my replacement plan. He was very generous and I just wanted Office Depot to know that they have a great team player on board!
