standard Office Depot store - Awful Service
This store is alright product-wise, so if you're an in/out shopper, this location will probably meet your needs. But as far as customer service goes they are one of the worst stores in Lubbock. I had to ask the manager 3 times to help me before she finally turned from her computer to help, with an attitude. Then unfortunately, I misplaced my car keys in the store, and was asking for help from the staff to find them. Nobody helped me at all. It was almost ridiculous, even other costumers seemed surprised. I hope that someone in the Office Depot command structure will read this and seriously evaluate this location's staff.
