As a former Long Island NYLIC Agent, I can attest to the exceptional mandated on-going training that they put all agents through. When I worked with another insurance company for a "better opportunity" I was so glad that I had the proper training at NYLIC; if not I would've been lost. The importance NYLIC places on product knowledge bodes well for all policy holders because they get their needs met without fabricated information.
