What a terrible service!! I have a phone lg f6 half of the time no service.. They couldn fixt it ..

bad service

i try to connect to the store like a couple times but everytime i call there noone ever answers i mean i try get help for my phone but never answer

it's ok

Went in to get my phone turned back on after mistakenly adding the funds to metro connect instead of my bill...the service was down at the main metro place so we couldn't get a hold of anyone one the phone but the customer service Guy hooked it up and gave me a days worth of service.
