Terrible customer service

Worst customer service I ever experienced, sales persons looking down, playing with their cell phones, did not acknowledge my presence until I asked for help. I'la never go back to that store.

Poor Signal - Great sales team

I live 1 mile for the Metro office and have to stand on my driveway at time to get service. The folks down at the office say it will be repaired bye the years end which is very near The date is 12/15/14 today. Because of the nice treatment I have had I am standing bye till the new year.
