Metropcs, as a hole is terable. ive been hung up on 23 times out of 26 calls. not good. just the oposite. very bad.

awful customer service!

Go there with problems all the time with my metro phone and they knew do anything about it even though I got insurance on my phone. They don't bother looking at it or nothing. Its just horrible service there. Always that one guy that never wants to do anything for you, just wants you to buy more gaggets from them to make money. Never go to that metro Pcs ever . STRONGLY DISATIFIED. Shut that place Down or hire better people that's willing to do something!!
