Never had a problem there. Brothers are very helpful and explain the phones. Been going for years. Always tell me the best upgrade for features i want.

AVOID THIS STORE

THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU USING TRUMPED UP ADDITIONAL FEES. THEY DON'T FOLLOW THE METROPCS PRICING AND THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ACCOUNT SIGNING YOU UP FOR PLANS UNDER FALSE PRETENSES. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
