Very poor knowledge and service

My 1 month old LG Optimus F6 give a message with no storage space so I went to this store looking for help and an employee delete all my information, including my ringtones, e-mail, photos, etc. etc so now I have a phone with no ringtone

They never answer the phone for any question or if they do the are not helpful and rude.
