False Advertising

Was told inspections were free but found out afterwards it's $70 to have your car evaluated. Then they wanted to charge me over $300 for a tune up. When I questioned them they said I could put the $70 toward my bill but if I refused the service I would owe $70. Total Rio off what is the difference in an inspection and an evaluation. They're synonymous. Total BS. They're nice but they stick it to you.

Incompetent, crook mechanics!

Beware--these guys don't know that they're doing! I took my car in for a winterization package and they not only told me I needed all sorts of work $2k worth) that I know I don't, they nearly killed me by not screwing the bolts back on to the front wheels after rotating them! Engine light is now on too, which I'm still trying to figure out what they did there.
