Needs improvement
I just called to get a prescription filled. I was placed on hold so long I had time to drive from where I live on beeline all the way across town to Meijer on 16th, go through the drive through and when I was done in the drive through I was still on hold. Rediculous. My daughter just had surgery and is in excruciating pain.
