We have been coming to your store for several years and it has just been getting worse Salads are not as fresh as they should be and no crutons anymore ice cream cones are so small that they aren't worth $1 you charge.The faucet in the Ladies restroom is worthless.Cleanlyness needs to be addressed also.
I am an activity director at a rapid city long term care/transitional care facility. Today we took a few of our residents to the circus and planned to stop at McDonalds for our lunch. I called ahead to see if they would be able to have it ready for us at a certain time so the residents wouldn't have to wait too long to eat. Not only did they have it ready someone called me to let me know it was ready then carried the big box with our big order to the car for my employee. Not many people show great customer service like that anymore. I would just like to say the west side McDonalds is awesome!
