You are an inconvenience
I asked the front counter to make me 2 sweet teas, I had finished my meal already took me forever waiting back I'm line, it was very crowded, and there was a lady mopping the floors while everyone was trying to pass. The front desk manager Yeccel declined to make them for me, she said I had to make them myself. I felt that I was an inconvenience to them, and they had no time to take care of my special request. However, Yeccel was just standing in the back watching the workers and acted like it was an arm and a leg to do it...I paid for bad service today...I'm not loving it. They cared more about clean floors instead of keeping customers happy.
