starting to be an angry customer
I went thru the drive thru on Wednesday Night 12/18/13. and purchased food for 13.08 i was charged twice for that order. i called on the 18th 19th and 20th no answer or response as to how i will be getting my money back. i did on the 19th talk to a shift manager dat told me he cant do anything about that and that i would have to call back in the morning and talk to the general manager between 6-4. and i left my name and number and i have been calling allday since 7 am still no response. .....................very unacceptable .
