dissapointing to say the least
They took well over 15 min for 2 coffees and fries. Oh did I mention they got the order all wrong as well? No excuse. Not to mention about 6 months ago one of their emplayees threatened me. Don't waiste your time.

disappointed
I'm so disappointed with this McDonald on west main st new Britain , first of they have some employees that r fooling around while taking care of customers, no ice cream since last Thursday , they forgot my Mc wrap so when I got home it wasn't in the bag ,the fries where brown & hard ,cold! And a couple weeks ago I went there at 2am & the guy said that they are closed for an hour because they have to clean the grills!! So I drove off hungry. I don't want anything free I just want the manager to know about this.
