every time
I have been to this McDonalds many times and the service at the drive thru window is terrible EVERY TIME. Convenience is the ONLY reason I go back and each time I return it's with the hope that THIS TIME MIGHT BE DIFFERENT. Today, same thing. I ordered two meals to a very friendly woman on the speaker. Pulled around and paid and pulled up to the second window with that HOPE of better service. Some young kid who appeared to be irritated handed me two bags and says have a nice day. I asked where my drinks were, and he asked what I ordered. I repeated my drinks order and he got them and handed them to me and shut the window. I knocked and asked for two straws so I didn't have to drink my pop without the cover of the cup like I did the last time. He gave me two straws and again shuts the window. As I began to pull away thinking I have all I paid for I realize that the fries from one of the meals isn't in the bag. The back of my car was even with the window so that the next car couldn't pull up and I got out and asked for the fries thinking the would just hand them to me through the window. This guy says "we will bring them out to you." Rather than pull up and wait 5 minutes like I usually would I waited right where I was so that maybe if the cars behind me were held up they might move a bit faster. This guy, who completely screwed up filling the order yells PULL FORWARD so we can get the next car their order. WHAT, he's worried about the NEXT customer? WHAT ABOUT THIS CUSTOMER? If the "all star" would have done his job I wouldnt have been in the way. I think I'll just hit BK next door from now on.I know people have bad days but this McDonlads sucks EVERY TIME.
