Terrible Management
The manager working Saturday June 14, 2014 at approximately 4:00 needs to be fired. He engaged in a word battle with an unsatisfied customer, threatened the customer, and challenged him to a fight in front of several other angry customers, who all had been waiting very long for their orders.
