bad service
early morning visits 5:30am and 6:30 am during the week of 04/01/2013 have been very unpleasant. The young lady at the window has no customer service tactics and on one visit forgot to give me one of my pricy drinks. When reminded she hands me a coffee instead..Really., asked to see her manager, manager was very nice and took care of issue. As for this young lady she needs to be taught better customer relations, or be put in a place where she does not have to deal with people every second.
