Place is terrible
The ice cream machine never ever ever works although one third of the McDonald's menu is ice cream related items. The service is always slow and they forget half the things you ask for at the drive-through .

Missing ingredients in wraps
I went to McDonald's in the corner of Sinclair Road and 161 and I bought two sweet chili chicken wraps and two Mcflurries with Oreos. First of all the Mcflurries came with M&Ms instead of Oreos but I saw it right away and they corrected it right away. I had to wait while they remade the Mcflurries. I buy chicken wraps almost every day at that same place, Every once in a while, especially today, the chicken wraps have only chicken and lettuce and none of the other greens that are supposed to be on there such as cucumbers, but we have to pay the same price. And most of all, the quality of the wrap is not premium anymore. Please fix this by providing more training to your staff.
