Hours may fluctuate
I recently (11-16-2013) visited this Mcdonalds and they completely got my order wrong, and I got attitude from the employees when returning the food. The problem is that no ones speaks English. Perhaps if I ordered in Spanish my order would have been correct. then when I called the manager to complain I was shocked that he barely spoke or understood English!!
Let me preface my comment by saying I'm not a big McDonald's fan, going maybe 5 x's a year, but I have found these people who work here to be very helpful, warm and friendly. Also, the place is always clean--and that incudes the men's bathroom as well as the eating are.
This McDonald had really bad customer service will never be going there AGAIN, they took my order wrong after I repeated it twice, once I got my food handed there was two items missing I told the lady and she said its not her fault that she can't help me because he didn't charge me??!! I told her to charge me and gave her my credit card and closed the window on my face! Said she only took cash and can't take credit card! She literally closed the window on my face and told me move and I told her no she was very RUDE.. This was on 2/28/12 around 10:15pm it's ridiculous you lost a customer and the whole family! If I had the option to choose 0 stars ! I would unfortunately I can't!! Very bad service
