Nightmare
The worst company to deal with. Low grade service at the store, and worst customer service ever. They charge for delivery fee even when they made the mistake and brought you the defective product. I have never seen such a low standards and regards for customers in any business. Keep your money and go to Ikea, you will have a lot better service and product.
