Bad Business Ethics
We won't be purchasing any more furniture from this store or from Lazy Boy. Lots of added fees & the return in 3 days if not happy is a joke. Customer service at this store by owner & at Headquarters was stressful & very intimidating. Their customer care division is not cooperative either. Avoid this company all together! Not worth the hassle. Furniture lacks quality & is not delivered in high quality condition!!!! Its our opinion & belief that once they get your money they are done with you!!!!
