bad costomer service
Sometimes when I come into the fitness center the employees at the front desk, to put it nicely, look so miserable that it makes me not want to come in. Also I spoke with laura on the phone today and was so rude I felt like I was bothering her. This is somthing that most, not all, of the employees need to work on. Some are just so negative and angry. Its very unwelcoming.
