Labcorp terrible customer service
I went in for my appointment at 8:45 and signed in waiting to be seen for my glucose tolerance test. At 8:52 I informed the lady at the counter that my test is somewhat time sensitive since blood must be taken every hour. She told me ok I will be with you as soon as I'm done with this patient. It wasn't until 9:08 that she called me over, stating that I was to late to do the test since it wouldn't finish until 12:08 and they go on lunch at 12:00. So they turned me away, and when I asked about rescheduling she said we can't do that here you have to go online. So I drove 15 min, so I could wait 20 min, so they could tell me its now to late to be seen. Terrible Customer Service.
