Hours may fluctuate
If the "employee" was rude to you, please fill out a comment card and never hesitate to call customer service and report this person to the supervisor. I work for Labcorp, and If one of my patients tells me about someone, I am the first one to call the boss! And he does not take kindly to rude people.
Of course I cannot speak for every employee at this facility, but my experience was irritating enough to write a review. In short, the service was SLOW and at least one of the employees were rude and not the least bit helpful. It would have been nice to see anyone in this office work with just a little sense of urgency.
I have been using this location for several years and always was impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the employees either at front desk or at the blood stations.
