Very Disappointing
1. The store doesn't train the customer service desk people very well. I had a question on a products he admitted he knew nohring about but was reluctant to call anyone from the back until I requested it. 2. I called early to find out the store hours only to find there isn't any recording giving you this information. I then went to the internet thinking that they surely are savey enough, but no, it is just listed that the hours my vary. Looks like management is getting lazy.
