poor customer service
I dread coming to this place, but it's the only KFC in my area. They never acknowledge your presence. I had to leave this evening 4 people prepping food and no one could say 'hi, be with you in a minute. simple courtesy is missing. Lady finally comes to counter with another client's food, still doesn't acknowledge, my presence.
super slow service and burnt, extra oily chicken
Drive thru service took over 30 minutes! Yes, I should have gotten my $$$ back and left. Chicken has been overcooked and was swimming in grease as it wasn't strained before putting in container.
