I felt it necessary to write to you to advise you of the superior performance of the employee's, particularly that of Ed Reich and Rob at JOS A BANKS located in Morristown NJ. I was a newcomer to the suit buying experience and Ed's expertise’s made me more knowledgeable on the appropriate fit and wear of a suit. Rob, who went above and beyond what he had to, made great efforts to get my newly acquired suit tailored on short notice to accommodate me for a job interview. Both their effort won my loyalty to your store. Just to make you aware I went to other stores and they were not nearly as knowledgeable and helpful as your store in Morristown.
