Disappointed
Yesterday I went to JoAnn's to pick up a few items and was extremly disappointed to find that I was unable to redeem a 40% off coupon because I do not own a smartphone and thus could not scan the coupon. I have shopped at JoAnn's for years and found this to be unacceptable. To the credit of your staff they were courteous and professional. Please note that I elected to make my purchases at one of your competitor's stores. A store that did not require my owning and using a smartphone. I hope your headqurarters marketing staff reconsiders this strategy.
