Over and Above The Call of Duty
We had called ahead and ordered two of Jason's Deli's delicious Muffaletta's for a family birthday celebration. When we needed to pick up the order later, Jason's Deli remade the order for us so it would be fresh. After picking up our order and preparing to serve the food, we found that the Muffaletta bread was dry. Upon calling Jason's Deli and expressing our disappointment, Scott, the Manager insisted on redoing the order and having it delivered to our birthday party. The two new Muffalettas were delivered quickly and we found them fresh and delicious. We truly appreciate Scott's willingness to provide high quality customer service and to stand behind their offering. They went way above and beyond the call of duty for our family.
