bad customer service
My husband and I went to Ihop around 5pm on 1/4/2014. The was a man counting money, my husband and I said "hello" in a cheerful voice as he put the money back in the register. He looked at us and looked back down, we waited several minutes and decided we were bothering him and we left. Such rude service from an older person...and we wonder where the younger kids get their attitudes!!
