Rude and unprofessional
Manager is rude and cruel. Thought she had seen lice in my son's hair (which she didn't, btw) and LOUDLY shared this with the enitre building, humiliating my 8 year old in the process. We had him checked and she was completely incorrect at her "diagnosis" and should have been fired but seeing as she is the manager that wasn't going to happen. We will never be back.
