I have taken my son and grandson to this location for years. It was convenient and the cuts were pretty good. Now they have online check-in, which requires one to be in front of a computer - or have an Android or Iphone. I have neither. Last month I waled in with my son and got seated 45 mins after arriving. I watched online check-ins come and go. Today I tried to call ahead with reservations, and was directed to online check-in, which would have required I go home. I have a small business with online features, but I would never dream of shutting people out who might not be at the cutting edge of technology. The girl who took my call didn't know what to tell me. She was obviously locked in to a stupid corporate decision. I took my son elsewhere fore a haircut.
