Called Grainger for pulley to repair brush grinder. Checked on stock before taking Ferry over to mainland from Whidbey Island to get part. Was told part was in stock at the Store in Everett Washington. . Within 2 Hours arived at store only to be told they were out of stock. Computer showed there were two comoing from or going to another state, But no order attached, So sales person did not know what was going on. I left . (empty handed and discusswed with operation.
