How are they helping anyone?
I thought that goodwill was supposed to help the community by offering lower prices in their stores, but it seems like I can go to a retail store and buy the same items for the same price or less. How is this right to charge retail for used items that were DONATED in the first place? That doesn't help anyone. And they sell things even when they are broken or stained. They wont let you return things that are seasonal, even if they are broken when you bought it. And a lot of the clothing smells like perfume, so it isn't even clean. Why pay retail price (or more) for a used, dirty, broken item when you can spend the same amount on brand new stuff? I think they need to re-evaluate their system.
