Store
I pre-ordered the COD Black Ops II, and was suppose to get double XP points. The disc was defective, so I returned it, told the sales person I had prordered it and was concerned with the double xp points promised because It was a preorder. I am not able to get the double xp, and the store never answers the phone! I get a strange sound then asked to enter a code. I thought a store was suppose to answer their phones. I called another store and they would/could not help. So someone might want to ask why the store ignores the phones, the staff lies to customers, and when you try to solve the problem you can not because no one picks up the phones.
I would recommend to others to shop at a different store.
