Thieves!
DO NOT go here unless you want to pay almost $400 as an initial payment (since the person who helps you keeps $200!) I came here to get insurance for my car since I had barely gotten it and I was driving to my college without insurance. I had classes that day and so I went in a little early to have enough time. So I came in and I sat down and waited for about 35 minutes when one of the guys there called my name and as I got up, he was like, "Oh wait, let me help this guy out first since he's just making a payment." and so I WAITED for 20 minutes more! When I got up to tell him that I would be back the next day since they were taking soooo f**n long, he was like, "NO, don't leave yet. Can you just wait 5 more minutes?" and I figured Ok, It'll just be 5 minutes.. well, it was actually 10! When I was finally sitting at his desk, it was already kinda getting late so I told him I was in a hurry and he said that it would just take about 25 minutes for him to make my policy and I actually believed him!! WELL it was more like an hour and 20 minutes!!! I was SUPER LATE to class for that and the whole time he was helping me he was super RUDE taking some other phone calls! NOW that I wascancelling my insurance with them, they had told me that I would get SOme of my money back but when I signed the cancellation of insurance paper, the dumb ass girl told me that according to her, they didn't give money back! OMG I felt like totally slapping her!! SO in summary, I basically lost almost $450 that they kept! They are LIARS and THIEVES!!! >:[
