Trim
I got my hair trimmed and asked for 1" to be cut off. instead,she took of 3" and the right side is a whole inch shorter than the left. absolutely unnaceptable. She did not talk to me the entire time, other than to point out a random hair that I have on my head, which I am actually self-conscious about. I do not reccommend for any one. and i will NEVER go back
