I have been coming here for several years and I have always had a good experience. The prices are ok and I can walk in without an appointment and never have to wait very long. The staff is friendly and I feel that they take the time to listen and find out what you want in your haircut.
The haircut I received was done by one of their "experienced" stylists. I ended up with a pseudo-Mohawk and several almost bald spots along the sides. My neck was trimmed up 1/2" shorter than ever in my life and the hair over my ears was "side-walled" on one side and almost untrimmed on the other.
It took the manager a week to return my call with my complaint, and even then offered nothing more than a half-hearted pandering.
No compensation given for the 2 haircuts it took, by a talented stylist from another business, to fix the mess before my son's wedding.
Poor quality, zero customer service.
I asked for lots of layers(3+) but only got 2 layers and my haircut was terrible
