Disappoint in customer service
Second time very unsatisfied first time in May 2013 when my husband made reservations for are anniversary and they didn't tell us they were remolding so they gave us a voucher for a free night and we called made reservations for new year eve and told we had the voucher they said no problem when we arrived they said they couldn't take it because it was a holiday and once again ruined our stay the manager was really rude and asked us if we were to have a party in our room and then laughed I will never stay here again
