SHAME SHAME SHAME
i used to enjoy going into the location on ulmerton road but now i can honestly tell you that i will never spend another dollar in that store now that the owners but in new management this person has 0 management skills and 0 customer service skills.when i order my bagel with cream cheese i wanted double toasted and she told the young man not to do that because it would burn the bagel.since when does a manager have the right to tell a customer how to order their food.this place sucks.
