good car, poor service
Rented a car on 1 May at National airport. Asked for directions to get on parkway to cross at Key or Chain bridge. Clerk gave me directions to get on in the opposite direction and ended up having to get off 395N in rush hour in the middle of DC. Nightmare and a stupid thing to do. Returned car to Dulles on 15 May. Told no drop off charge, no fuel charge, good to go. Now have an extra 75.10 added on to my credit card which I'm disputing. Very poor customer service.
