Dissatisfied customer
I have been shopping at dollar general for years. My family and I estimate we spend a minimum of 300 a week with this organization. I have 5 grown children with families of their own. Due to being treated as trying to get over on them by mgr carol I am asking all of my family friend and anyone that I meet to cease doing bs with this organization. Don't know if this will be of significance but I vow to give my most valiant effort. I had been in the store only a few hours earlier. She could have offered solutions to resolve issues such as watching the tapes, checking register tapes and/ or perhaps even letting me remake my purchase which I offered to do. Obviously there was some reason she was unable to find any resolution to the discrepancy this doesn't seem like a stand on principal on her behalf, mine is.
