My Daughter ,3 kids under the age of 11 and my wife from Ohio had a rather tense moment while shopping and my daughter called me on her cell phone to tell me that they were getting in her van and noticed her right front tire was almost down to the rim on air and I told her to not make any drastic decisions before I got there and I would be there in 20 min. I'm a person that does not like pressure salespeople or sales people that take advantage of a lady with very little knowledge of how tires and other parts of a car work and people will take advantage of those people. I was very impressed with the Gentleman"Gilbert" behind the desk relaying orders to his fellow service people with respect to all involved. I was Service Manager of a Goodyear store in our town in Ohio and I am 71 years of age and I know what it takes to make a person happy when you are in that position. My next trip for tires while visiting Texas will be with Gilbert and I know that my daughter will also be a repeat at that location. The store was really well kept in cleanleness also. After all the work was completed, Gilbert call me to the counter and handed me the keys while explaining to me what all they did to the tire and I said what do I owe you and he said
