poor communication
The people working in the drugstore are very friendly and helpful, but I had some problems recently with getting a prescription approved for my son by the insurance company, and then having to go with a generic. They messed this prescription up several times, not bothering to tell me what was going on and why the prescription wasn't approved and called me several times telling me I had a prescription ready, but when I went to pick it up, they didn't have it available yet. They leave electronic messages for someone with a name other than mine, and when I asked them to find out if they had me mixed up with someone else, they gave me a clueless look and then assured me that this was not the case. This has been going on for weeks, and I have finally gone with another drug store that can get their facts straight.
