Bad employer
Terrible company to work for! Treats their employees with no care in the world. Benefits are not great either! And they say they change health insurance to benefit their employees...however moving to one with a big deductible isn't helping them. You never are told where you will work or if you will run work or be a b!tch for someone who has no clue what they are doing. Also they let their foreman run work while drinking/drunk/doped. They turn a blind eye bc they get the job done. It's ok! you can be fired or quit and come back often. Company is a joke and they pay below the average for Georgia And the national average. Move on if job seeking.
